When could golden accents and pink go wrong? Not in my style world. I’m a sucker for anything Chanel, too. I know, it’s the image, the marketing, the gentle manipulation of brain bearing fruit. But I guess, it also reminds me of my Paris days. I’d venture over to the first Chanel store ever. Devour Coco’s story. Dream.

There’s something very powerful about skinny jeans. For a girl in my age. I don’t want to sound old, but it does look like I’m getting there. We are what we are. That is what I tell my students when they learn how to express age with “to be”- versus the French I have X years.

Miami makes me wanna do zumba. Listen to reggaeton on Songza. Get the youth juices flowing.

At the moment life tastes pretty good. Work flows sweetly forward. I’ve found new calmness when teaching the little kiddos. My adult groups seem to be having fun in class, too. Laughing out loud while learning is one of my top priorities when training people. That makes students want to come back!

Miami espagnola chic. I love me some conquistador vibes. Taking over my own life. Being more present and involved.

One of the above heels could hold my Champagne! Speaking of which, yesterday my bestie Valerie threw us the most snazziest Girls Nites ever. Conversation grew wild and we sipped some bubbly, nibbled on smoked salmon sandwiches, wore different colored boas and got to go home with a mini sparkling wine bottle.

Yep, these are the rosy days of our lives. Little sweet bits that are there only waiting to be noticed. Once you get into the positive flow, it just keeps pulling you more.

Thank you for the great pictures of my home town. I haven’t been back to Miami for some time….so many bitter sweet memories. The sunshine agrees with you.

Oh my goodness how great those Miami pictures look. It has been so cold here and it looks like it is so warm there! You look beautiful in pink. I know your students are so blessed to have you for their teacher. Thanks for telling me about not being able to comment. I hope that it is worked out now.
