I’ve been vacationing since last Saturday under the sunny Miami skies. I wanted to post earlier, but our first hotel wouldn’t let me connect onto my blog! I missed you cupcakes. What a joy to find so many lovely comments!

Here are some shots from South Beach. The weather is very humid, wonderfully tropical. Thus, lots of cocktails… Frozen strawberry daiquiris, mango mojitos and coco martinis… but also my dear American infatuations – giant oatmeal and raisin cookies, peanut butter and root beer!

Perfect! Täydellinen mekko, täydelliset hiukset ja täydellinen paikka – ihanaa Susu! Hajoilen täällä päiviini, koska tuo ranta näyttää niin upealta Tosin ei Helsingissäkään voi ilmojen puolesta valittaa… kerrankin! Täällä on ollut järisyttävä helle jo ainakin viikon, jos ei kauemminkin. Auringon mollukka paistaa siniseltä taivaalta eikä pilvenhattaraakaan ole näkyvissä. Puihin tuli lehdet yhdessä yössä ja nyt on sellainen jokakeväinen “kevätjuhlan tunnelma”, tiedätkö, kun kesä on vielä aluillaan ja kaikista ihmisistä huokuu sellainen ilo ja myönteisyys.

Your flowing, summer dress is so pretty. It reminds one of the beginning of a romantic love affair where one is enchanted by bare shoulders, the beach, snow-white skin and corn coloured hair.
