One of the up-coming spring trends is military influences. As I ventured in to the local Spanish retail queen, this satin beauty caught my eye in a jiffy. I had been craving over a jumpsuit for a while and after a try on, the deal was done. Since we’re still in the chilly seasons, I titivate the deal up with some turtle neck-tights layering. Later on, this silky soft texture will surely caress my legs to an over the moon-like state.
Khaki and naturals are something very pacifying in the midst of the big city bustle. Don’t get me wrong, I love the haste – it just needs a bit of counterbalancing to render the flurry yet more titillating. I’ve been enjoying the energetic push that the cold weather has cast upon me and I just finished my third piece of artwork as of my Friday creative getaways. I’ll be sure to post pictures as soon as I can get the stuff out in the open… Now behind me are a series on Paris, New York as well as a large canvas with black over color – a mysterious lady. Next assignment is to work around the overall school theme “The Other”. What does that evoke in you?
Zara jumpsuit, Etam turtle neck, Camaieu tights, Bata booties

This is so different from your usual color palette, but no less cool. Also, the color of the tights is really pretty.

You are flexible, my dear! Great shots, they really capture the playfulness of the jumpsuit.
So your next project is “the other”, like in “the other woman” (that’s what came to mind) so maybe someone mysterious but sensual, I see purples and blacks, maybe a flash of red? or did I misunderstand the assignment
I wanted to tell you that I was so touched by your reply last week. Your offer was the kindest and most sweetest I have ever received! I do need to just take the time and plan a trip. I’m thinking that I may take a postion on the east coast (DC) so I’m trying to save my leave time right now. However, one has to live and I will seriously work towards planning a trip.

My goodness you are flexible! I agree with Bunny. How do you select the background in which you model? I love the modernist structure (I can see inside the rooms!) and cannot help but think that the whole look is perfectly styled. . .

Dear Susu, this post is so full of goodies! the silk jumper, how cool and comfortable. i like the idea of being casual yet elegant at the same time… and brown is always earthy and comfy… and your beauty and flexibility always shows off your fashion well…
and then your shots around Paris, always a pleasure to see your wonderland.
‘the other.’ just bought back to mind a school assignment i had which taught that we really learn about ourselves in the company of others. they are a kind of mirror where we can see ourselves, not a reflection, but a picture of who we are, who we are not, what we stand for or against… stuff like that…
sending hugs me dear & congrats on your new art pieces!!

The “other” to me would be more of the “other” me. The lazy, negative, etc…who i am not and don’t want to be. Fight with myself. I would never see “another” as women, like the mistress or something. ANYTHING looks good on you ma belle!!! Very cute!
Thanks for visiting..:) And for your comment.

Hi, some lovely pics, however, allow me to say, you being extremely feminine and soft, you turn that military jumpsuit into a fine example of femininity..
Great post.
Hope your weekend is gonna be filled with fun and laughter.

You look awesome as always. The “warrior” pose totally suits the military inspired outfit! Oh and I LOVE that you always smile in your posts. I take a lot of my own photos, so it feels awkward smiling into space. Your smile accentuates the cheerful mood of your blog.
