I took a leisurely walk on the Versailles Castle premises and felt like dressing up to the occasion. I wore a black layered mini skirt, a purple blouse, black stay-ups with pumps and a cute tiny cream-colored purse, a gift from my dear mom. Turns out that last summer I had longingly fingered that beauty at a small-town boutique. The pouch has a rose decoration – very in this summer. My sweetheart and I ate some macaroons in the castle gardens. Pistachio and raspberry. Overlooking the various fountains. Springtime in Paris is full of wonders.
The sun set and the color world got more indulgent. I love that more tone friendly effect the yellowish glow gives on my complexion. A stroll in high-heels did take a smidgen more of concentration, read pure effort, but it was way worth it. Feeling lady-like and attractive is a true spirit booster for me. When I go the extra mile, it always pays off in positive sensations about my allure. People who are well in their bodies spread that warmth around them, and vice versa. I’m encouraging you to find out what makes you more fulfilled on daily-basis – and then just do it.

I like that you have enthusiasm for dressing up properly when you are going out even when it’s casual weekend trip to Versailles. Versailles is a magnificent place, absolutely a perfect place to play princess and spend a splendid day. I think that high heels make me feel like a woman, but sometimes I like to wear plain clothes and sneakers. It is true that we can cheer up ourselves, if we dress up nicely.

Hi hun,
You look like a star in those pics!
I love the way you write these posts. And I also admire you so much, you’re so courageus.
I have a lot of beautiful clothes ( Kookaï…) and shoes but on a daily basis I wear the same old confy ones. It’s so much easier but you’re right – we should make an effort more often. We owe it to ourselves and to others!
Have a nice day, Susu.
Hugs and sunshine from Provence!

Audrey – Life sure is so wondrous and so short that every moment is a gift. We feel this more or less, and that’s okay, depending on where we are on our personal journey at the moment.
Spark – Sneakers and comfy jeans have their unquestioned place too. Princess for a flight of feet does do miracles. The point is in wearing what you feel up to at the particular moment.
Pupuce – The feeling of admiration is then mutual;) You are tracing your way there in Southern France, a gal from afar yet doing a superb job. Dress up when you feel like it. See the smile on your face… and your hun’s too! Bises!
